“We’ll fix it in post” can become an expensive plan. We believe in fixing the workflow in pre — before the first shooting day, while there is still time to make the right decisions.

On set to sound post
Help establish a clean handover from location sound to post: useful sound reports, clearly organised media, relevant notes and early communication when something may affect the edit or the final soundtrack.

From edit to final delivery
Align dialogue editing, sound editing, sound design, ADR, Foley and mixing around clear milestones — so the supervising sound editor and the wider team can work with the best available material.
The scope can start with planning advice or a focused review, and expand to coordination across selected phases or the full sound post process.

Not every production needs another sound post provider. Sometimes it needs independent planning, realistic budgeting and experienced coordination.
RUHRSOUND POST can support your existing sound team, coordinate selected parts of the process or manage the workflow across the full sound post schedule. The creative and technical work can remain with your preferred freelancers and studios.
Our involvement is tailored to the production: from a one-off consultation or focused review to support across one project phase — or coordination of the full sound post workflow.
You can book a single consultation, ask us to review your budget and scope, or bring us in for budgeting, cost calculation, team and vendor bookings, scheduling and workflow coordination. You do not have to commission sound editing, sound design or mixing from us. We can work independently alongside your existing team and preferred studios.
Where we coordinate bookings or third-party services, the scope of responsibility and commercial arrangements are agreed transparently with the production.
